First you need to get some words. Get some English words and speak them louldy. Put them together in sentences and speak them loudly. The next thing to do is speak them fast and quickly. See if you can impress people with the speed of your speech.

That way, English can be fun. Also try yelling. Get lots of tapes too, and especially videos. Try also porn videos. It's a known fact that porn English is easier than regular English. Find cute girls and ask them to help you with porn English. Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

Go to the local phone book and look up the # for Laubach Literacy. They offer free tutoring lessons that will get you to a 5th grade reading level, which is the level you need to be on to build a great base from. They usually have computer labs and a lending library for the reading level that you are on. You will usually have a one on one tutor that really cares about you and the progress you are making. Best way to learn it would be to start thinking in English (I am assuming it is your second language). We all have a tendency to think in our mother tongue and then translate it to English. That adds time in constructing a sentence and many times makes us loose the thinking thread.
